Dave Henderson is returning to Elite Rehab on Friday, May 30, 2025 where he will be providing botox treatments from 11:00am to 2:00pm by appointment only. Payment will taken at the time of your appointment. Cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in joining us! Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking. 1. All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including missed appointments or changes in personal circumstances. 2. Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While no refunds will be issued, with appropriate notice, you may be eligible to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. 3. No-Show or Late Cancellation: Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your session without refund or credit. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled once, at no additional charge, if the request is made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may not be accommodated and the session may be forfeited. 5. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen.
