October is Breast Cancer Awareness, so this month Maribeth Loynes, Kim Morris, and Pauline Shiver will be discussing life after breast cancer diagnosis, including how to navigate through treatment, what recovery looks like, and how to reclaim your spark.
The impact of breast cancer is far reaching, making this an important discussion for EVERYONE to take part in.
This event will be live streamed on the Elite Rehab and Performance Facebook page on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21st from 5:00 to 6:00PM and then uploaded to YouTube so you can watch later.

"THRILLER" DANCE CLASS
Step into the most iconic moves of all time and perfect your zombie walk with Avery Ruffin as she teaches us the infamous "Thriller" dance.
No dance experience necessary - just bring your best zombie vibes and be ready to laugh the evening away.
Costumes are very much encouraged - the creepier the better!
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16th at 6:00pm
